Most of the youngster dream to drive their own car after getting a good job, they don’t worried about the cost of car just set go to the showrooms to get it done, but when the finance Company explained them regarding the EMI Schemes then they feel little bit confused regarding the cost and total payment of car after loan. Now I have developed a solution to understand the calculation of Down-Payment, Amount of Loan, EMI and Total Cost of the Car. 

My program will analyze your budget Car, you just required to put few inputs
  • Cost of the Car
  • Loan Percentage (After Reducing Down-Payment
  • Tenure of Loan
  • Interest Rate Applied by finance company(assumed to fixed throughout)


Just on a single Click you can calculate Down-Payment, Monthly EMI, Cost of Car after Loan, it will show results to you. You can change the input variable and click calculates to get more effective results. I have taken an Example of buy Honda Amaze and Swift Desire on EMI (Ref: Carwale.com) 



In case you Planned to buy, Honda Amaze-Model No 1.5 VX i-DTEC, Cost of Car is Rs 760000/- and you will take Loan of 75% cost of Car and Pay 25% Down-payment, Interest of Loan will be 12% P.A and Tenure of Loan is 5 Yar. Then you required to make payment of Rs 190000/- as Down-Payment and EMI Rs 12679/- per month till 5 year. After five year your total payment for Honda Amaze will be Rs 950760/- on against of Rs 760000 which is Rs 190760 more from the original cost of the car.

In case you Planned to buy, Swift Desire Model No ZXI, Cost of Car is Rs 870000/- you will take Loan of 75% cost of Car and Pay 25% Down-payment, Interest of Loan will be 12% P.A and Tenure of Loan is 5 Year. Then you required to make payment of Rs 218000/- as Down-Payment and EMI Rs 14515/- per month till five year. After five year your total payment for Honda Amaze will be Rs 1088370/- on against of Rs 870000 which is Rs 218370 more from the original cost of the car.
